The YD13-018/019 10-12 Ton Heavy-Duty Jack Stands are professional
support equipment designed to address the pain points of "unstable
support for lifted heavy-duty vehicles/engineering equipment, high
safety risks under heavy loads, and poor height adaptability". With
"cast iron strong support + inclined tooth safety locking + graded
load adaptation" as the core, the two models cover 10-ton and
12-ton load requirements respectively, solving the problems of
traditional stands such as "insufficient load capacity leading to
deformation, unreliable locking, and narrow height adaptation".
They provide a safe and reliable support solution for heavy-duty
auto repair, engineering equipment maintenance and other scenarios,
with core advantages as follows:
- Graded Heavy Load Capacity, Suitable for All Heavy-Duty Scenarios
The two models accurately match different heavy load needs, with
structural strength far exceeding ordinary stands:
- YD13-018 (10 Ton): Suitable for lifting and supporting medium-duty trucks (e.g., JMC
Kaiyun light truck, approx. 4.5 tons) and large SUVs (e.g., Toyota
Land Cruiser, approx. 2.2 tons). The cast iron support post has a
wall thickness of 12mm, with no bending under 10-ton load. The base
welded steel plate undergoes stress relief treatment, with no
cracking after long-term support (≥150 hours). Compared with
ordinary 8-ton stands, its load margin is increased by 25%.
- YD13-019 (12 Ton): Designed for heavy-duty engineering equipment (e.g., small
loaders, approx. 8 tons) and heavy-duty trucks (e.g., Foton Auman,
approx. 10 tons). The support post is made of high-grade cast iron
(carbon content 2.8%-3.2%), with compressive strength 12% higher
than that of YD13-018. The base area reaches 480×480mm, ensuring
more stable ground contact. Even when supporting 12-ton fully
loaded equipment, the base settlement is ≤2mm, ensuring operation
safety.
- Inclined Tooth Locking, Tighter with Heavier Load to Prevent
Falling
The innovative inclined tooth design physically eliminates
accidental load release, which is the core safety highlight of the
two models:
- Load Self-Tightening Principle: The support post teeth are inclined at 15°. After load
application, the pressure on the tooth meshing surface increases
with weight, and the locking force is enhanced synchronously. For
example, when YD13-019 supports 12-ton equipment, the locking force
can reach 80kN, and the anti-falling capacity is increased by 80%
compared with straight tooth design, completely solving the risk of
"tooth slipping due to load shaking".
- Precise Locking & Positioning: The tooth spacing is 5-6mm. With the height adjustment rod, the
support height can be precisely controlled (accuracy ±1mm). For
example, when lifting a heavy-duty truck to 1.1 meters, inserting
the adjustment rod can lock the corresponding teeth, no repeated
adjustment is needed, and the adjustment efficiency is 3 times
higher than that of ordinary stands.
- Wide Height Adaptation, Flexible for Multi-Scenarios
The reasonable height range covers the support needs of different
heavy-duty equipment after lifting:
- YD13-018 (720-1190mm): The minimum height of 720mm is suitable for supporting lifted
low-chassis heavy SUVs (e.g., Land Rover Defender, chassis height
approx. 214mm), and the maximum height of 1190mm can support
medium-duty truck chassis (e.g., JMC Kaiyun, chassis height approx.
800mm). The height span is 470mm, adapting to most small and
medium-sized heavy-duty vehicles.
- YD13-019 (805-1213mm): The higher minimum height (805mm) is suitable for high-chassis
engineering equipment (e.g., small loaders, chassis height approx.
450mm), and the maximum height of 1213mm can support heavy-duty
truck frames (e.g., Foton Auman, frame height approx. 900mm). The
height adjustment is more in line with the needs of large
equipment, avoiding the trouble of "needing to raise the height
with pads".
- Durable Heavy-Duty Materials, Resistant to Wear in High-Frequency
Scenarios
High-durability materials are selected for high-frequency use in
heavy-duty operations to extend equipment service life:
- Wear-Resistant Cast Iron Support Post: The support posts of both models undergo quenching treatment
(surface hardness HRC 45-50), and the tooth wear rate is ≤0.1mm per
100 uses. The service life is 2 times longer than that of ordinary
cast steel support posts, adapting to high-frequency operation
scenarios such as auto repair shops and engineering teams.
- Rust-Resistant Base for Harsh Environments: The base surface has an electrostatic spray coating thickness
≥80μm. YD13-019 even uses 6mm-thick steel plates, with salt spray
resistance test up to 260 hours. Even when used in outdoor muddy
and humid environments (e.g., engineering sites), it can
effectively prevent the base from rusting, ensuring long-term
support stability.
An auto repair shop in a logistics park repairs a Foton Auman
heavy-duty truck (weight 10 tons) and needs to lift it for rear
axle replacement. The YD13-019 (used in pairs) is employed: The
truck is lifted to 1.2 meters by a heavy-duty lift; two technicians
push the two stands to the frame support points on both sides of
the truck chassis respectively, adjust the support posts to 1.1
meters, and the inclined teeth lock automatically. The truck
remains stable during maintenance, and the rear axle
disassembly/assembly time is shortened from 4 hours to 2.5 hours,
adapting to the "10-12 ton heavy-duty truck lifting maintenance"
scenario.
An engineering team maintains a XCMG small loader (weight 8 tons)
and needs to lift it for hydraulic system overhaul. The YD13-019
(used in pairs) is employed: The loader body is lifted to 1.1
meters by a loader lifting device on the construction site; the
stand base is fixed on a flat ground (steel plates can be padded to
enhance stability), and the support posts are adjusted to 1 meter
to support the body. After the inclined teeth are locked, the
stands do not shift even with slight vibrations on the construction
site, adapting to the "outdoor maintenance of engineering
equipment" scenario.
A luxury car 4S shop modifies the chassis height of a Toyota Land
Cruiser SUV (weight 2.2 tons). The YD13-018 (used in pairs) is
employed: The SUV is lifted to 1 meter by an in-ground lift; the
stands are adjusted to 0.9 meters to support the chassis. The cast
iron support posts bear the load stably, and rubber pads
(additionally optional) protect the chassis coating. During
modification, multiple height fine adjustments are required, and
the inclined teeth lock precisely to avoid height deviation
affecting modification accuracy, adapting to the "heavy SUV
modification support" scenario.
An agricultural machinery service station repairs a Dongfanghong
large tractor (weight 5 tons) and needs to lift it for tire and
transmission part replacement. The YD13-018 (used in pairs) is
employed: The tractor is lifted to 0.8 meters by an agricultural
lift; the stands are adjusted to 0.75 meters to support both sides
of the tractor chassis. The base welded steel plate does not sink
on the field concrete ground. During overhaul, the inclined teeth
lock firmly, and there is no risk of the tractor rolling over even
when removing heavy tires, adapting to the "medium agricultural
machinery lifting overhaul" scenario.
A1: Support is not recommended, as it will exceed the rated load
and cause safety risks. The rated load of YD13-018 is 10 tons, and
11 tons exceeds the 10% safety margin. Forced use will cause
deformation of the support post teeth, cracking of the base welds,
or even stand collapse, leading to equipment tipping accidents. If
supporting 11-ton equipment is required, YD13-019 (12 tons) or a
higher load model should be selected; over-specification use is
strictly prohibited.
A2: A single person can carry it with skills, and two-person
cooperation is recommended for positioning. 27kg is equivalent to
the weight of half a bag of cement; an adult male can carry it for
short distances (≤5 meters) with both arms. For long distances, a
small trolley is recommended. When placing, first adjust the stand
to the minimum height (805mm), push it under the equipment at an
angle, then straighten it to align with the support point. When
used in pairs, two people operate one side respectively to ensure
symmetrical stand positions, avoiding stand tipping due to unstable
center of gravity during single-person operation.
A3: It is mostly due to dust in the teeth or insufficient
lubrication, which can be resolved in the following steps: ① First,
remove the equipment load, lower the support post to the minimum
height, and clean the dust and debris between the teeth with a
brush; ② Apply lithium-based grease (e.g., No. 3 lithium grease) to
the tooth meshing area, pull the adjustment rod repeatedly 3-5
times to distribute the grease evenly; ③ If it is still stuck,
check if the adjustment rod is deformed. Slight deformation can be
corrected with a wrench; severe deformation requires contacting the
manufacturer for replacement (adjustment rod priced at 30
yuan/piece) to ensure smooth adjustment.
A4: Slight rust does not affect the strength, but rust removal and
maintenance must be done in time to prevent aggravated corrosion.
First, polish the rusted part of the base with sandpaper (80 grit)
to remove rust, wipe it clean with a cotton cloth, then spray
anti-rust paint (e.g., epoxy zinc-rich primer), and it can restore
anti-rust ability after drying. After daily outdoor use, it is
recommended to rinse the base sediment with clean water, wipe it
dry, and apply engine oil to avoid rust caused by long-term
moisture. If the rust depth of the base is ≥1mm, stop using it and
contact the manufacturer for inspection to prevent base fracture
during support.
