The YD08-009 1100LB Motorcycle Lift is a scissor support device
focusing on "dual-scenario adaptation + smooth operation". Designed
specifically for the maintenance of medium and light motorcycles,
it solves the pain points of traditional lifts such as "scenario
limitations, stuck lifting/lowering, and easy chassis scratching",
and adapts to the needs of shop overlay operations and personal
flexible maintenance. Its core highlights are as follows:
- Dual-Scenario Flexible Adaptation: Adopting a scissor support stand structure, it can be used
independently on the ground to meet basic maintenance needs; it can
also be used overlay on large motorcycle lifts to further increase
the motorcycle lifting height, adapting to in-depth maintenance
(such as chassis component disassembly and assembly). No need to
purchase additional special equipment, one unit can cover both
"basic maintenance + in-depth maintenance" scenarios, reducing tool
investment costs.
- Smooth Lifting/Lowering with Ball Bearing Rollers: Equipped with professional ball bearing rollers. Compared with
ordinary sliding structures, the lifting resistance is reduced by
70%, and the platform can be lifted and lowered stably and smoothly
with manual operation, without jamming or abnormal noise; during
the height adjustment from the minimum 84mm to the maximum 356mm,
the platform shaking amplitude is ≤1CM, ensuring stable vehicles
during maintenance and avoiding component collisions caused by
unsmooth lifting/lowering.
- Dual Protection Against Slip and Scratch: A high-density rubber mat is laid on the platform surface, which
is soft in texture and has strong anti-slip properties. On one
hand, it isolates the direct contact between the motorcycle chassis
and the metal platform, preventing paint scratches and chassis
component wear; on the other hand, it increases the friction
between the vehicle and the platform, avoiding motorcycle sliding
even in oily environments, providing double safety protection for
vehicles and maintenance personnel.
- Lightweight & Portable + Practical Size: With an overall weight of 12kg, it can be easily carried by one
person, adapting to shop work station switching or personal outdoor
temporary maintenance; the platform size of 380×230mm can fully
carry the key support points of the body of most medium and light
motorcycles, while reserving space for tool placement; the package
size is only 45×27×10CM, which can be easily stored in a tool
cabinet or car trunk without occupying too much storage space.
- Small & Medium-Sized Motorcycle Repair Shops: When the shop conducts regular motorcycle maintenance (such as
oil change, brake adjustment), it can be used directly on the
ground. The 84mm low height facilitates vehicle loading, and the
356mm height adapts to bending operations; if in-depth maintenance
(such as chassis cleaning, suspension adjustment) is required, it
can be used overlay on a large lift to increase the height. The
ball bearing rollers ensure smooth lifting/lowering, adapting to
the shop's need for "efficiently switching maintenance scenarios".
- Individual Motorcycle Enthusiasts: When enthusiasts maintain their own street bikes and light
cruising motorcycles, the 12kg lightweight design can be easily
carried to the garage or outdoors. Through manual lifting/lowering
of the scissor structure, the rubber mat protects the chassis, and
basic maintenance such as chain lubrication and tire inspection can
be completed. No need to rely on large equipment, and it can be
operated independently by one person, meeting the personal need for
"flexible maintenance".
- Motorcycle 4S Shop After-Sales Workshop: When the 4S shop after-sales service needs to conduct PDI
inspection (pre-delivery inspection) on new cars or fine
maintenance on after-sales vehicles, this lift can be used as an
auxiliary tool—it is used overlay on the main lift to increase the
vehicle height, facilitating technicians to carefully inspect the
chassis; the rubber mat protects the new car chassis from damage,
meeting the 4S shop's service standards of "professional protection
and fine operation".
- Motorcycle Maintenance Teaching & Training Institutions: In the "Motorcycle Maintenance Tool Use" teaching course, this
lift can be used as a scissor structure teaching aid to help
students understand the scissor support principle and the smooth
characteristics of ball bearing rollers; the lightweight design
reduces the difficulty of equipment handling in teaching, allowing
students to master the "use method of dual-scenario adaptation
tools" through practical operations and improve basic maintenance
skills.
A1: Yes. 480kg does not exceed the rated load capacity of 1100LB
(approx. 500kg), and the lift reserves a 4% safety margin (the
actual safe load capacity is approx. 520kg). When in use, it is
necessary to ensure that the center of gravity of the three-wheeled
motorcycle is placed in the center of the 380×230mm platform, and
priority should be given to supporting the key load-bearing parts
of the body (such as the frame connection), to avoid platform tilt
caused by one-sided overweight.
A2: It is not a normal phenomenon. Troubleshooting can be done in
the following steps: ① Check whether there is dust or oil
accumulation on the ball bearing rollers, clean the impurities with
a brush and apply a small amount of lubricating oil (such as
lithium-based grease); ② Check whether the connecting parts of the
scissor support structure have loose screws, and tighten the loose
screws with a wrench; ③ Confirm whether the platform is placed
horizontally. If the ground is inclined leading to uneven force, a
thin wooden board can be placed on the lower side to adjust the
level, and the jamming phenomenon will be relieved.
A3: Yes. The rubber mat of this lift is designed to be standardized
and detachable. After aging, you can contact the brand after-sales
service to purchase the original rubber mat of the same
specification (size 380×230mm). When replacing, you only need to
peel off the old mat, align the new mat with the edge of the
platform, paste and press it firmly. No professional tools are
required, and the operation is simple. It is not recommended to use
non-original mats to avoid reduced anti-slip effect or scratches on
the vehicle chassis due to inconsistent thickness and material.
A4: Additional fixing is recommended. Although the lift's own
weight can provide basic stability, the risk of "dual height" needs
to be addressed when using it overlay. It can be fixed in the
following ways: ① Bind the lift to the main frame of the large lift
with special fixing straps; ② Paste anti-slip pads at the contact
between the bottom of the lift and the large lift platform to
increase friction; ③ Ensure that the large lift has been locked at
a stable height to avoid overall shaking after overlay, ensuring
maintenance safety.
