Scope of application

The A1010 kinematic viscosity tester is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products. Kinematic viscosity represents the measure of internal friction when a liquid flows under the influence of gravity. Its value is the ratio of the dynamic viscosity at the same temperature to the density. It is one of the important physical and chemical performance indicators for classifying and evaluating the quality of oil products. In practical applications, choosing the appropriate viscosity of lubricating oil can ensure that mechanical equipment operates normally and reliably. It is applied in power, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and research departments, as well as in oil product testing departments that need to determine the motion characteristics of petroleum products.

Product features

1.The instrument is composed of PID temperature control, timer, constant temperature device, water bath, etc. The constant temperature bath is a small cylinder with a circular shape and double layers. The temperature distribution inside the bath is uniform and the temperature control effect is excellent.

2. The LCD screen displays in Chinese, featuring a human-computer interaction interface. Users can input preset temperatures, current date and time, and other parameters through menu prompts. The actuating components use advanced SSR technology, which is characterized by no contacts, no noise during operation, no sparks, resistance to vibration, and long instrument lifespan.

3. The internal components of the bath, such as the heater and the guide tube, are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.

4. Equipped with lighting facilities, the light is bright and energy-efficient with a long lifespan.

5. Automatically calculate the product of the capillary constant and the average value of the test time; the temperature control accuracy is high and the accuracy is good.

6. It can measure the movement time of the sample and automatically calculate the final result of the kinematic viscosity.
