1. Performance and application
The max plate thickness is 20mm and the max plate width should be ≤2500mm, the plate tensile strength should be less than450Mpa. The machine is welded steel plate structure, the knife beam return is realized through the oil cylinders. The machine is stable in operation, small in size, light in weight and good in rigidity
The machine is equipped with the blade clearance adjustment device and the reading tablet, so the blade clearance adjustment is easy and the readings are accurate. The front and back gauge, the light alignment and the guard fence are equipped with the machine, as well as shearing times counting device.
2. Technological process of the machine
Shot blast cleaning of the plate
The shot blast cleaning has the following advantages:
Increase the resistance to corrosion for the metal plate
Increase the fatigue resistance of the plate and extend the working period.
Optimize the technique state of the plate surface
In favor of the blanking of the CNC cutting machine
The rust removal and the coating are easy for the plate shape is regular before to be machined.

3. Main structure of the machine
Frame
The combination welding monolithic construction is adopted for the machine frame, so it has the good rigidity. The two oil cylinders are fixed on the left and right wallboards, the auxiliary knife seat which is used to fine adjust the bottom blade is equipped on the working table. The feeding rolling balls are fixed on the working table to make the plate feeding easy.
Top knife carrier
The top knife carrier is welded case-type structure, it has good rigidity. It finishes the shearing under the control of the oil cylinders.
Plate pressing device
The pressing oil cylinders which are fixed on the supporting plate compose the pressing device. The cylinders will press the plate when the pressure oil flows into the cylinder, and they will return to the original position through the spring after the shearing.
Front and back gauge
The front gauge is fixed on the working table, especially used for the thick plate shearing. The back gauge is fixed on the top knife carrier and moves with the top knife carrier together.
Hydraulic system of the machine
This system includes the axial-plunger pump and the cartridge inserted valve integrated system. The pressure oil for the machine is supplied by the axial-plunger pump, and the max working pressure is 24MPa, the return stroke is finished through the oil cylinders. Within the accumulator nitrogen inflator, inflation pressure is 6 ~ 8 MPa.
Electrical system of the machine
Brief account
The electrical system of the machine is 3-phase ac 380V,50HZ power supply. The control circuit power and the aligning lamp power are provided through the control transformer. The hydraulic solenoid valve power is 24V which is provided through the control transformer after step-down .
The machine has two motors include the oil pump motor and the back gauge motor
The machine has several working modes. Operation is easy.

Feature of the machine
The working table and the knife beam are all welded steel plate structure. And process the aging treatment after welding to ensure the high accuracy.
Series connected cylinders structure with good synchronism, and the shearing angel can be adjusted, so the realize the high cutting quality.
Three points support the guide rail of the upper blade frame to get high shearing accuracy, and the blade clearance can be adjusted quickly.
The blade stroke can be adjusted to increase the working efficiency.
The upper knife beam adopts the inward tiling structure for easy blanking and increase the workpiece quality.
Overall rectangular blade , four edges can be used.
Digital displaying backgauge ,which is easy to be adjusted . Digital system is NC89 and easy to control
The motor of back gauge has three adjustment include the forward, backward, and manual micro adjustment.
The inter lock device is used for human safety.
